We wanted to come up with a blend of beans that was our friend Temple Painter was excited about. We decided on a mix of a Colombia and a Peru coffee. The Colombia, which is a natural processed coffee, provides a lot of sweet fruits that pop in the blend. The Peru provides a light citrus note which is balanced out with a cocoa and nuttiness. The end result is a coffee that pops and is complex but still balanced enough to be a daily drinker. We hope you love it as much as we do!
